LucidFog Our Apps

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LucidFog Studio LLC (“LucidFog,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the website at lucidfog.com (the “Site”). The Site is a simple informational website. It does not offer accounts, does not include contact forms, and is not directed to children.

1. Information we collect

We designed the Site to collect as little information as possible.

  • Information you provide. The Site has no sign-up or contact forms. If you choose to email us at the address below, we will receive whatever information you include in your message (such as your email address and the contents of your message).
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information when you visit—such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and the pages you view. This information is used to operate, secure, and maintain the Site.

2. Cookies and analytics

The Site does not set advertising cookies and does not sell your personal information. If we use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic, that information is used only in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors.

3. How we use information

We use the limited information described above to:

  • operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
  • respond to inquiries you send us by email;
  • understand aggregate usage and improve the Site; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the Site (such as our hosting provider), and we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If our business is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information—including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and, for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the right to know what personal information we collect and to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

7. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites and products, including those operated by LucidFog affiliates. This Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
